Reclaiming Your Power

It was not the authors intention to write another self help, how to get well, stay well type of book that would tell you how and why you are so screwed up without giving you the instructions on how to heal your self. He did intend to share the experience he’s gained through his practice and studies and to entertain, educate, and enlighten the reader about the infinite, wondrous possibilities that exist within themselves. Coming from a belief that once the reader gains enough information and insight hopefully they will have the courage to make the choice to reclaim their power.

It is Dr. Sondrup’s understanding that once we shift our perspective in a more harmonious direction of unconditional love, forgiveness, healthy boundaries, trust and re-establish our connection to the divine, we then move into a more advanced stage of spiritual growth. We become empowered and aware that we are creating our experience. With this awareness we are no longer a slave or victim and can choose optimal health and wellness.

Reclaiming Your Power is essentially three books in one. It is a Storybook providing the reader with thought provoking quotes, poems and true stories of hope and inspiration. It is also, a Handbook containing an incredible amount of information, instruction and reference material.
And finally, it is a Workbook containing exercises and meditations to literally transform your life for the better.
